Public Information Request

Dr. M.L. Garza-Gonzalez Charter School is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.  Requests must ask for all records or information already in existence.  The Act does not require the district to create new information, to do legal research, or to answer questions.  All requests must be submitted in writing and should contain:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number (if applicable)

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), as amended by the  Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), requires each State education agency  to prepare and publish an annual report card with state-, local  education agency (LEA)- and campus-level data. The Federal Report Card data for 2023-2024 are now available.
